fix /REMAKE

So, I was in a game everything was going well and we had no afk , and then someone in my team started a /remake vote which I voted no and the rest(4) voted yes and the game stopped.. Like WTF that was just a total waste of time we had no afk , I thought the remake was meant if we had afk in team... The /remake fonction is terrible fix that ****

I feel like I dont want to start another game from fear that I waste my time AGAIN
