Disconnection/crash issue leading to demotion.

I just got through with a couple ranked games where a disconnection problem kept happening, not to just me but to my teammates as well. This problem has been going on for the last couple of days and is making the game almost unplayable. Normally I would understand that the game will have some bugs after an update but this is the biggest and most intrusive bug I've seen yet. I ended up getting demoted from losing the games which in of it self doesn't make sense to me since I was at 17 LP then went to 0 then demoted. I thought it was 2 or 3 games before your demoted, so I checked on the Leagues tab of my account and it says I was demoted for being inactive. I assume this is another in the list of bugs along side Azir's Q showing soldiers that have already disappeared and a blue box appears on the mini map every time Rammus uses his powerball. These are just some of the bugs that I've seen this patch and I'm sure there's more. I would like to know if it is possible to return to my previous rank, get some LP back so I can try for a promo or at least be told that Riot is trying to fix this since I've yet to see any comment on it.

edit- I just noticed that they have a post for it happening when you ward jump which me and my teammates didn't do when we crashed.

edit- They have turned on loss prevented which is good. I'm not sure if its for this reason but if it is I'm wondering if I can get a some sort of compensation for my previous losses do to the bug.
