Promotion Game Error

I got a problem really need to solved. I was in the Sliver 2 to Sliver 1 promotion, and I got a win for the first game and lose for the 2nd. After I won the 3rd game, I wasn't promoted to Silver 1. Instead, the last 3 promotion games I played disappeared. It is showing that I played 0 promotion games. Can experts tell me where I can solve this problem ? or at least whom I can talk to about this problem. thank you.
