i got 30 minute q and lost like 10 lp after the champ select screen went blank and said i didn't select champ.

me and my friend have been having the same issue all day. mines evolved to getting to banning, then freezing, and giving the wonderful penalty.
I accepted a game, but then pressed Alt-Tab. When I went back to PVP.net Client, It was blank like the first post. Then I quit, and now I can't play for 5 minutes. Riot, please fix this.
