[Client] Cant click champion in champ select.

When I have not selected a champion to play yet and are down to the last few seconds of champ select it does not let me click a champion. This has happened twice today losing me 10 lp the first time and costing me 30 minutes, and the second time I lost my 3rd promo game (was 1-1 going into silver 2) and dropped me down to 72 lp.
