Sivir Client Bug

I want to report a client bug where the Victorious skin splash art for Sivir is still there in the champion "current skins" catalog with "unavailable" tag under neath, This splash is there regardless of the rank of the account and also regardless when that account was created old or new accounts, the Skin splash in all accounts since it was released, regardless if you play ranked or not...The skin splash titled "unavailable" is there, I know it's not a big deal but it always bugged me to see it like that...I recommend that Either put all unavailable skins splash art in the champions skins catalog with the "unavailable" under...this way we'd know which champion has what skin without looking into other sites Or just remove victorious sivir from the accounts that don't own it.
