[CLIENT] Black Screen When Choosing Champion

When I played co-op vs AI, there was black screen when I was choosing the champions. I tried to close it and restarted, and I got double penalty. Why is that? When I was playing ARAM an hour earlier, nothing wrong happened. My laptop is MacBook OS X system.

Black screen is Champ Select is usually caused by an unstable connection to the Champ Select servers and these servers require a steadier connection since everything is being processed in real-time.
