Can't level E when holding spacebar

This is an issue that has been bothering me for a long time and it doesn't appear to affect anyone else that I know personally. Currently, when I hold spacebar and try to level E and only E with CTRL + E, the spell will not level. It works fine for Q,W,R, but never E. I also can't use SHIFT + E to normal cast when holding space but it works fine for all other spells. I bound SHIFT + spell to normal cast. This issue has followed me over multiple computers and I have tried repairing the client, but nothing has fixed it so far. This also occurs when I play on the PBE servers as well. Like I said before, I have experienced this over multiple computers and not just one. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
