No tutorial champs

So i began league a while ago (2017) and i didnt do the tutorial because i had played it on another account of which i forgot the password. Fast forward to today and after i finished all parts of the tutorial i didnt get any champs. My friends told me they received some champs for free , but i didnt. Is this a bug and if no how can i receive them? I really dont want to grind a lot for just a few free champs.
