Won't Let Me In A Game After Champ Selection [Crash]

Multiple times I have attempted to play with my friends, however after selecting our champions it always follows with a crash and a pop up that I cannot access that says;

"A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated.

Would you like to create a crash dump to aid the developers in troubleshooting this issue? This may take up to 5 minutes.

NOTE: The process may appear unresponsive during this time."

I have exited out of league and logged back in to reconnect, however it still occurs; it loads up a bit of the bar and the sound for the notification comes up. I have to tab out to read it, and can't even accept it even if I want to as it does not let me get out of the loading screen. I am forced to go into Task Manager by alt+control+delete and end it, which says it's stopped working, in order to go onto anything else.

I have uninstalled and re-installed league, yet when I had created a custom game with a bot it happened again. Multiple times I ended the loading screen and reconnected, stopped the game and created a new one with a new random bot. But nothing seems to change.

I don't understand what's wrong, as I had been able to play league on my laptop a few months ago. I had even been able to sign into my account last week at a different location with a different computer and everything had been working fine. So I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, as the notification doesn't specify what exactly has gone wrong other than it's an error.

Hi I hope you see this. This bug happened to me too and omg it was ANNOYING. freaking thing.

I solved my by going into my firewall settings and checking the check mark boxes on both Private and Public for all league of legends files. Im not a tect expert so the way i got into my firewall was just searching the name in my windows search bar xD then when you get there, press change settings. or change something. i forget. i hope this works for you

I have too i can't log in to play :( i select champ and crash i can't load a game :((

I have the same issue! After Champion select game crashes, critical error, won't let me reconnect to game. Happened to my last two ranked games. I've downloaded the hextech repair tool, tried all the options and now i can't install the latest patch. I tried checking both boxes in my firewall settings and still can't download the new patch...
