[CLIENT] Bug... Mastery page glitched over my champion pool after someone dodged a prior game.

Was changing masteries to be more hecarim friendly for jungling, and when I was doing it, someone dodged the match, when I was in the que for next game this screen appeared over my league, and was unremovable even into champ select, was unable to get rid of it, pick a champion, anything as you see its blocking it all.. was forced to dodge a ranked que.
