Both my team (all grouped) and enemy team can't reconnect. Not a word from riot?
I understand that not everything can be addressed immediately but not a single response on twitter or here about the fact that people literally cannot enter or even LEAVE the games that are stuck due to your servers? Not only this, but this has gone on for two hours now. My match has been for 116 minutes. Gotta pray on that minion RNG maybe I can play tomorrow. In all seriousness can we get at least a response from the devs? Is there no devs that work on east coast times? I know that their live chat services were only running from 1pm-9pm Pacific which is 4pm-12am for us on the East Coast, but surely a company of this magnitude can afford to have people working in the mornings when an issue of this severity (and judging by the number of other forum posts, magnitude) comes to be.
I'm all for patience and understand how complicated development, server management, client updates and the sort can be hectic and cause issues at times. I accept that. But at the very least, a response after 2+ hours of being stuck in a limbo seems reasonable to ask.
