Ranked 3v3 Games not counting [Client]

After winning a ranked game of Twisted treeline the pvp client would not load and 3v3 ranked showed that i had not played & won a game. I then assumed it would update but after losing my next 3v3 game and that game appeared on my ranked profile as a loss. On my personal profile there is evidence of this game happening but on my ranked games it only shows the losses i have. Evidence of the game happening is attached. This has occured 3 times now. 2 wins and 1 loss have not counted for my team in 3v3 and we do not know what to do. It seems that teams may be purposely leaving ranked games at the same time to not count the game which is what i have gathered when talking to riot support. I don't know if there is a way to fix this but it is odd that i can view the match in my personal history but ranked does not know of the games i have played. At first i assumed it just took time to update but it has been about 10 days.
