[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench Devour Bug

Hey, I recently played a ranked game as Tahm Kench where I had a Ziggs ADC that I couldn't devour the whole game. I could devour minions, monsters, enemy champions, and even my allies. Just not my Ziggs. I do not know how this could have happened or why it could have happened, so I just recorded the bug and the link is in this post. We lost the game because of it and I hope it gets fixed soon! P.S. Yes, I did try restarting the game. I still had the same problems.
