game crashes in the loading Queue

[CRASH] i'm getting into a draft pick and when we get to the queue after we get our champions, everyone was at 100% loaded in for a good 5 minutes, and all of a sudden it kicks me out and tells me to reconnect. I reconnect and my screen goes black and it gives me a error saying i have lost connections with the servers and i need to check my connection, i had internet still and i clicked retry about 3 times before giving up, the team had done a remake and i got a message saying i am ineligible to earn due to leaving or AFK behaviors, this is the first time this has happened to me so im a bit worried the punishment it permanent. I hope this gets fixed soon
