Morgana Q hit box bug.

I was just playing a normal as morgana against riven in mid lane. I've played morgana a loooooot over my time in league of legends. Shes a support(im a support main) and has been a go to mid laner for me for like 2 years, so I know her fairly well. I noticed that the whole game, my Q hit box was abnormally large. I would send it out, riven would Q>Q>Q, and i'd look at where riven was, and where my binding was, and I'd think "Ok good, push her to that side, jungler can gank easily" but instead of just pushing her to the side, it actually binded her. It hit. And it was not just 1 time, but probably around 12 times that it happened. I would even Q, and she would use her E to dash out of it, but it would still hit her. And none of my Qs were point blank, they were for the most part, almost max range. It looks just, so much larger than the particles now. tons of binding, not just on riven, but on their Caitlyn, and Elise as well, that I was POSITIVE was going to miss, somehow randomly actually hit them.
