[CLIENT] visually shows its enemy ban turn, yet it's really yours already

Title says it almost all. I played normal draft pick just now, it said it's the enemy turn to ban, it showed Rakan in the middle, but nothing happened. It took unusually long, the 10 seconds were already over, I was expecting the enemy to dodge. Instead after aproximately 20 total seconds, it exited the queue and I was informed that I was the one who dodged, and now I could not be placed in queue before waiting X:XX minutes. Seriously wtf? Punish the client not me. Seems to me like the client is not correctly displaying information in draft pick right now. I saw a similar problem on one of the Pros streaming when they only got like 3 seconds to pick a champion, then were kicked out for "dodging".
