[Client] Azir W not showing mana cost

Azir's W will not show the mana cost when the option is turned on. Nothing major but quite annoying. Go into a game as Azir and turn on the option if it is not already, and you will notice the cost does not show. I've tried it 3 times, 2 using the Galactic skin and one using default and it did not affect it. The amount of soldiers also did not affect it.

Edit: Went ahead and tried Vel'Koz W and Kalista W to see if it was a stacking ability problem but both worked, so it is only Azir.
