[[GAMEPLAY] Jayce FPS bug

When ever Jayce switches from ranged to melee form, the FPS for everyone on his team drops for a brief second.

• Be in ranged form, then press Q and switch to ranged form.
• Look at FPS to see a sudden stutter and ask your teammates to check for the stutter when you switch.

I don't have a video for this but it happens every single game I play as Jayce.
