[Gameplay] Garens Q doesn't activate on Nexus instantly

Everytime Garen attempts to Q the Nexus, there is a slight pause in-between before he actually hits the Nexus. Additionally, though may be irrelevant - within that slight pause (over 2 seconds at least), Garen stutters before he hits the Nexus, as if the activation of the Q onto the Nexus is causing him to stutter (shake).

1. Activate Q onto Nexus
2. A slight pause (over 2 seconds)
3. Hits the nexus with Q (Decisive Strike)

This has happened ever since the beginning of time. Doesn't matter if purple side or Blue side it's everytime Garen hits Q onto Nexus.
