Update Patch Stuck at 33%

Hello my name is Zeodeal033, My LOL update Patch is stuck at 33% Its so fcking annoying. its Patch 6.18 my computer already updated this patch once.,, and now it just is stuck at 33%. and there is a screen that occurs which says "update failed chaeck logs" and when i check logs nothing is wrong.. somebody plz help im dying!!
