Lag with a 1070 ti

I recently bought a new gpu, namely a 1070 ti, but I always have very bad low FPS

on the internet I had seen that people who also have a 1070 series have a lot of trouble I wondered if anyone could help?

Make sure your monitor is plugged into the 1070 instead of your motherboard. If it's not plugged into the GPU it does nothing for you.
