As you can see the fifth stack is applied to thresh by the Q. 5 Stacks are also applied to graves in the same instance, but not karma. I hit karma with the blade because before the Q she had only one stack of bleed, after said Q she had 2. Any explanation as to why 5 stacks were applied to graves and not karma?
