Quinn "E" Vault Not jumping from targets.
When hitting "E" Quinn will jump to the target but not vault away. Using the Woad skin but doubt that has any thing to do with it.

if you are "valor" when you use her e it doesnt vault off of them. It simply dives them. I have used her e, its working as it should for me.
