Can't save masteries! No new runes

So I've been playing PBE since it was available this week and I played the new runes (which was fun) but now they removed it and I'm lvl 33 and I can't save masteries because it's "too advanced" and now I have to play with no masteries. Come on Riot... Either fix masteries or change back to runes :) Also u can make so the runes have to be scaled for lvls like masteries. Also... Anime for LIFE!!!!
