The annie stun on her Q should have been eaten up by the windwall, but instead, annie keeps the stun.

It's not a bug, Annie's stun has never gotten consumed via Q until it hits the target which is why the old QEW with 3 stacks was so good before they PUT THE DAMN STACK BAR UNDER HER HP coughs You would Q then E and W before Q landed and the Q would stun on impact. Hitting Yasuos wall with Q doesnt eat the stun because it never had anything to stun.

not a bug actually. annie's q doesn't consume the stun until it connects

lmao I like how people keep jumping to a single conclusion without thinking of other causes.

Maybe the stun isn't consumed because the stun really gets consumed upon actually hitting an enemy or when using a skillshot.
