Bard Chime Bug Patch 6.22

So I wanted to test out my new Bard Bard skin when my friend noticed that he was getting "minion blocked" by one of my chimes. So we wanted to test this out to see if this was just a bug with the Bard Bard skin or with Orianna and Bard so we tested the regular Bard and Jhin to get the full effect. Bard Chimes shouldn't be counting as minions, we tested this out with walking through the Honey Fruit and walking through a control ward and other jungle plants and you do not get the same "minion block"
