well relic shield item works bad on thresh u have to last hit minion its not that point i guess . i play with this item long time and its work on all champs well. plz check

Works as intended on thresh.
Thresh is a ranged champion, Relic shield is a melee execute.
I get the threshes that manage to fuck up and make us miss 30cs before he gets one.
And yet everyone builds it.
Please search before posting bugs. If you did you will find that this has gotten reported more times then it should and every last one of them the people were told to read the item as this is not a bug.
