[GAMEPLAY] GA and Zilean's ultimate causes Kled's passive to get bugged.

When Skaarl runs for the first time, Kled has no cooldown on his passive ability, and can charge up his courage by attacking enemies. If in a short time he falls again, cooldown is active, and Kled cant gather up courage. If he dies under revival effect (Guardian Angel and Zilean's Ultimate), and get revived he can charge his courage even if the cooldown is present.

This bug happened to me over several games and in this custom, never tried it on the normal skin though.

In the linked video you can see:

1. Skaarl getting scared for the first time.
2. Kled charging up his courage for the first time, getting on Skaarl again and getting passive ability cooldown.
3. Kled falls second time and cant get courage anymore.
4. Kled dies under the Guardian Angel effect.
5. Kled can gather up courage even if the passive cooldown is about 15 seconds, and when he gets on Skaarl for the third time, cooldown is set to 30s, once again.

Happy to serve, sorry that there's no proof about Zilean's Ultimate (none of my friends with Zilean online), but I've played with him once, and the effect was the same as using GA.

With this bug Kled gains pretty big advantage if he's able to load his courage for the third time. I hope that the bug will be fixed, but it wont affect in nerfing Kled in any way, he's my fav character after all :D
