Characters ingame having the wrong name

[GAMEPLAY] With the new patch; when the summoner's name is replaced with the description of the crowd control, upon the crowd control ability end and the name being replaced (with the summoner's name), often times the name is incorrect. I'll record my next couple of game and post screenshots soon.
