Dear Riot fix this now please, Kicks me out of Loading screen...

Sometimes, when I go into a game. I'll load up and everything. just before the game is about to start it gives me the error message "You have disconnected..." So I get off and reload. After that it just doesn't wanna load in the game. it says again you have disconnect retry? So I clicked retry nothing.. So I press cancel and then Reconnect it loads in but never loads my champ so I can reconnect to the game. Also whenever I get like 40+ MS I end up lagging. Riot fix this please because I'm tired of having to get Low Priority Queue's because of these problems..
