Launcher won't start

Recently, after downloading the Halloween update, whenever I open league it brings up the logo and just stays on it forever. If I click the logo it crashes. I have redownloaded 5 times and reset my PC and still nothing.

Any solutions or help would be much appreciated.

I too am experiencing the exact same problem. I haven't been able to get to the login screen for a while now, even after trying the simple things like force terminating the client from task manager and restarting the computer.
