CRASH After Game Ends in surrender.

Not sure if the surrender part causes it...but just so happens for me it's occurred three times each during the exact same circumstances. My team surrenders, I'm pressing or holding TAB going over the score and stats just before the nexus explodes.
After it does and the DEFEAT sign is about to appear (I'm still holding TAB viewing) ...everything freezes and I have more mouse and pressing enter has no effect and the continue button does not appear. Game just freezes up and crashes I have to COMMAND TAB (yes I am using a Mac Book) out of the game and the Debugger opens up.
