[Gameplay] Jhin Intermediate Bot AI is bugged

Details: Jhin went bottom lane, and played normally (if memory serves?) until his first death. Afterwards, each time he spawned, he would run to the spot of his death and just walk around it, until he either died due to minion damage, or a player kills him. Wash, rinse, repeat. Not sure if it was just my game or if his AI is truly bugged right now.

Unfortunately, as it was a bot game, I cannot grab a replay. Could try to provide additional details if requested, but it was rather simplistic really, he just walked from spawn to death, and made no attempt to defend himself/autoattack/anything.

If anyone owns Jhin and wants to test in a custom please do & post results; I don't own him and cannot pick him as a bot in custom.
