CANT PICK AND LOCK IN IN RANK GAME CHAMPION SELECTION!

At Jan 20 , s6 start , I was playing my 6th rank game, I can not pick champion that i want, and after , with my turn to pick a champion to play, I can not pick any, I can click , but It would not show that I picked . So I got banned for 5 minutes before next game.

It sometimes does that, but if you keep pressing lock in it locks in at one point!
