Store Prices Champion Skins

As i'm buying some of these skins, i notice i'm being charged prices that are not said, i've bought more then one skin that charged me More rp then what they said, The ori skin i just bought said 520, and i was charged for over 900 rp. I'd Like to know why some of the skins i bought are Charging me extra.
