Not Receiving Grades for many games.

As you can see in the image many of my games are not receiving a grade. This is usually fine as I still get exp, but when I am going for mastery 6 or 7 and have a really good game and don't get to see if I got that much needed S it sucks (the jhin game at the top there would have been my third mastery token if it was an S). 
Often my stats after game also do not load and I have to click "Skip Waiting For Stats", I believe this is directly related.
Two questions:

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

Am I getting a grade somewhere in the background that I cant see (like how I get exp), and as such if I got an S would I get a token? Or am I not even being considered for a grade and thus for progression in champion mastery?
