Client Crashes

This issues happens when I que for ranked draft or normal draft. About once or twice in every 10 games my client will freeze after the first ban timer has counted down. I have had limited success changing my ward skin and it sometimes coming back. I believe that has only worked three times now. I have no issues at all in ARAM games though.
