Vayne blind q damage/ Quinn basic attack.

1: When Vayne is blinded by either Quinn or Teemo if she q's she can still deal damage to the champion. I've had Vayne kill me plenty of times even though she was blinded. I'm not sure if that's intentional or a bug. It counts as a supercharged basic attack so I don't see why it wouldn't be affected.

2: Quinn's basic attacks are bugged a little. I've had basic attacks not count/hit if you click on a target to attack and click away quickly to move your champion. Especially in fast paced situations. It even is replicated on her harrier.

2a Another issue I've seen and maybe its intentional but when Quinn's harrier pops up on champions Quinn doesn't always automatically switch to her harrier shot. You have to click away and re-click the target to use harrier.
