Attempting to reconnect crashes [CRASH]
This is the bug some of your players have been running into, Riot: while playing, our champion will suddenly become uncontrollable for about 10 seconds, during which time everything seems to still be happening real-time, and you can type into chat. Then, we get the "attempting to reconnect" message after that. Sometimes it will reconnect. Sometimes you have to completely restart the client to get back in. Whatever way you get back into the game, you can bet that it's going to crash again soon enough, anyway. A related bug seems to be where after champ select is done and the teams are loading up, instead of the usual loading screen showing everyone's % and whatnot, we just get a plain black screen. The only way to fix this black screen and get into the game is to restart the client. These two incidents are almost strictly related for me, always happening in/to the same matches.
Replication: Some matches are fine. I'm not sure how to reliably replicate this issue. I don't know if the champion can have anything to do with it, but I'll include that, anyway: I can say that it's happened almost solely to me while I'm playing malzahar. It also happened once when I was playing Lux. If it could possibly be connected with region; I am in British Columbia, Canada. My brother, who lives in the same province, has confirmed to having this problem, too.
This is an issue that has been happening to only a small percent of your player-base, Riot, but it is happening, and it's NOT our end. Ever since around 4.17 it's been happening. This really needs to be acknowledged, Riot. There are a couple new threads every day concerning this issue. It's unfair to us, and it's unfair to our teammates. People have stated they've been banned by leaverbuster because of this issue disconnecting them. Again, it's only seemingly happening to a small amount of your players, but please at least acknowledge that it DOES exist. I also suggest upon acknowledging its existence that loss-forgiven is turned on.
