Fix the queue acceptance

I constantly went into queue and i kept on clicking accept, but it never worked.After the third time of clicking accept after this constantly kept on going, i got low priority.what?????? I kept clicking accept, and they punish me for a bug that happened.I checked both my router and internet connection and they were working perfectly fine.So i was wondering, how could this happen?
