[CLIENT & INGame Bug] Can't reconnect even though I have internet access and more........

Hi, I'm lately having a bug that is getting on my nerves. Every 4-5th game my FPS drops to a standard 7-18 FPS and it stays that way until I close the game and try to reconnect. After I try to re-open the client, I doesn't let me Login saying: "We can't connect you because you seem to be offline [not directly those word]'', even though I have internet access. This goes on for minutes until the client reverts back to an older patch, and then patches again to the new patch.

I lost 2 games this way. Please look into this bug because it is getting quite frustrating for me and also for my teammates.
