Not getting a token from getting S

I have just received an S from playing yasuo and I did not receive an S token for doing so. I am trying to reach lvl 7 and I am not certain if this is a bug. Can you check and perhaps fix this for me. I am looking forward to a rank 7 and i think this has happen twice already. Thank you Board
