[GAMEPLAY] Quinn permanently in ult and isn't going off cooldown.

While playing Quinn, once in valor form, she will be in that form for rest of game (even after death, backing, or pressing your ult again). Quinn's passive still procs but all of valor's passive abilities are disabled but can still jump to enemies with E and Valor's Q is still melee range. Her ult cooldown did not tick and I was not able to cast her ult again for the rest of the game. Most probable reason to why this happened: I was playing Quinn and while in the middle of ult, an allied Tahm Kench ate me and once he spat me out, this bug happened.
