Bugg with connecting to chat, pelaized

I wanted to play all day yesterday like I do on a daily basis but no, you guys decided to drop my server and "update it" I guess, you know what happened first thing today when I attempted to play a game, I got some BS error saying I could NOT connect to the chat server and got a penalty, anytime I've ever had a DC error is because my stepfather was on xbox streaming either COD or netflix, neither of which being my fault, and I've been alerted for afk/leaving games for this same problem, which btw was NOT MY FAULT! Today after this so called "Server maintenance" which was only supposed to take 12 hours... turned out to take over 14 hours, I was penalized for not being able to connect to CHAT, I hope you realize just how upset I am, like really... I would NEVER leave a game for any reason other than I could not help a DC... and the one time I really just want to get my LoL fix you guys PENALIZE me?!?!? I am furious, I plan on buying so many skins and champs this up coming Christmas and well once I secure my job... just want you to know if I continue to face such BS penalization I will not be playing at all... I have been training with a team to be in tournaments, why would I ever drop out intentionally?!?! I just want to let you all know I love this game but I will not stand for such threats, especially since I have worked my fingers down to the bones day on to day out, I do not deserve this. none of your real players do, how about you ban some bots[ which your servers are FULL OF] and do us real players a favor. I plan to play this game to the very end wither I have to make a new account or not. I am sorry if I seem aggressive but I will not stand for this penalty, I don't deserve this just because you cant connect me to a chat server because of your "update" so all I am saying is don't let this happen again plz or I will be very upset and not be paying any of my money towards getting RP, which I plan on getting a lot of here pretty soon. And if you don't want me to and ban me any how... well I will know just how you value your customers and will be telling all my friends[ alot of lvl 30's] who spend their money on a daily basis [ as I plan on doing myself] and tell them to quit because of the way I was neglected. I love this game, I love the community, but if I continue to get these bs penalties for something out of my control... idk,
