Sivir-Lee dissapointed

I decided to purchase the 5 chest,key and orange essence bundle after long consideration. To my dissatisfaction, I didn't get the orange essence that it was meant to give (although I did unlock 2x 150 essences). I also got 2 or 3 ward skins from the chests that aren't showing up on my account (the inventory for rewards).

Could I please get some demacian justice for this. Or a way to work it out properly.

Anyone else with this problem?
