Vladimir bug in team builder

So I bought Vladimir today, and I went into team builder to play him. But he wasn't in my roster. I tried to log out and log back in but he still did not appear in my roster. I went into the hexa kill gamemode and he was there and I was able to play him. After the hexa kill game I went back into team builder, he was there but when I clicked on him and tried to lock him in, it gave a weird error. I went out of teambuilder then went back in. Only to find that vlad was not in my roster.
