[GAMEPLAY] Lamb's Respite cancels Chronoshift's healing?

This happened to me earlier today, haven't had a chance to try recreating it yet but I'll update with a link if I get the chance. As Zilean, I casted my ultimate (on myself), and an allied Kindred used their ult as I was going through the revive animation. Upon revival, 1100 health should have been restored I believe, but I wound up with only a sliver of health instead. (I don't recall whether or not the heal of Lamb's Respite occurred either, I'll have to see if I can recreate that.) Off memory, this was the process:

As Zilean, self-cast Chronoshift. Allow yourself to be killed. Have an allied Kindred (or possibly enemy as well?) cast Lamb's Respite at your location during the revive animation.

I haven't been able to test the exact timing of this yet (with regards to Lamb's Respite's heal). I don't believe it is affected by items; it was an ARAM so Guardian Angel couldn't have been involved or anything. Here's a link to the exact game, should it be of any use. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2042632752/226707341?tab=overview

Hope this is helpful! Sorry that I haven't been able to test it yet.

Kindred's ultimate prevents anyone in it to be dropped below 10% HP, but it also prevents anyone who is at 10% or less HP from being healed at all while inside it.

The way it is right now, all revive effects, like Zilean's ultimate or Guardian Angel, are coded as heals. So if they activate, and then a Kindred activates her ultimate during the revive animation, the Kindred ultimate will cancel out the heal from the revive, leaving the champion with only 1 HP.
