[GAMEPLAY] Ancient Coin's quest doesn't give Elixir of skill to Rakan

When I was using Rakan, I didn't get the appropriate Elixir even if I already have 650 gold count and upgraded the Ancient Coin to Nomad's Medallion. This has happened to me several times.

These are the things that I noticed triggering it :

1. You're around lv 10-11 about to reach max exp to next level
2. Your inventory is full without any slot to receive the elixir (it should go automatically to the skill point but no it's not doing that)
3. Using both normal skin/cosmic skin.
