[GAMEPLAY] Aatrox passive isn't working

Hi folks,

As I could see in my previous game Aatrox passive ability isn't working. All the time it's indicating that "passive is on" but during all game I seen only once when my passive had worked.

Is this champion is broken?Can you please check it out?
